All personal information collected on our site is for the sole purpose of processing your order. We will never sell or share your information to others. Your information is only available internally to us and our affiliates.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please be assured that we will work diligently to resolve any problem with your order. Customer service is our number one priority. If you should receive a product that is defective or not what you designed on our web site, we will be happy to refund your money. All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your product.
Quality or Shortage Disputes
Any problems with the quality of the printing or embroidery, or a shortage of the products that you ordered must be reported to us immediately. Disputes of this nature will only be honored if you notify us within 24 hours or receipt of your order.
Substitutions
In order to expedite processing your order, we reserve the right to substitute garments of similar quality &/or color if the garment that you order is not available.
Returns
All returns must be accompanied by a RA (return authorization) number. You must call and speak with a customer service representative to receive your return authorization number.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the following factors:
*type of product ordered
*quantity of product ordered
*number of imprint locations
*number of ink colors in your design
We recommend the following tips to lower your cost per item:
*choose imprint in one location only
*choose fewer ink colors in your design
*order larger quantities
The price that you see is your total. We do not charge screen fees, art fees or shipping fees on orders designed on or finished products sold on our website. Should you choose to contact us so that we can create a custom print or embroidery order, the above listed fees will apply. Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to a Missouri address.
Minimum Order
We are please to announce that we have no minimum orders for embroidered or digitally printed items at SplashDesigns.com. Due to the technology of our commercial grade, direct to garment printer, we can offer full color digital imprinting on garments with no minimum order requirements. We reserve the right to substitute the digital printing process on screen print orders that are less than 24 pieces.
Volume Orders
We will be happy to print large volume orders (typically over 1000 pieces). Please understand that on these orders, industry standard allows for over/under runs of .75 percent.
Upload Your Art
We offer thousands of pieces of clipart to choose from on our website; however you may upload your own art to our site if you choose.
Please refer to the art upload section in the design studio for a detailed explanation of the upload process and requirements.
Please note that we can only print high resolution images. If the artwork that you provide is of a low resolution, we will contact you. You will need to either provide a higher quality image, or pay additional charges for our Graphic Art Staff to bring your art up to standard for printing.
Forms of Payment
Master Card and Visa are accepted using Secure Socket Layer technology.
Purchase orders are not accepted currently accepted at SplashDesigns.com.
Delivery Time
We appreciate the urgency of all orders placed on our site and will do our best to process, produce and ship your order in a timely manner. Please provide complete information on the order process, as this will assist us in processing your order quickly. Should you provide incomplete information, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. Please respond promptly, as your order will be placed on hold pending your reply.
Note: We are not responsible for delays in delivery by UPS or USPS for reasons of their choosing (e.g. adverse weather conditions). Refunds will not be offered if UPS or USPS does not meet their delivery responsibilities.
